Graduate Accountant

0-2 years experience

We are looking for a graduate and/or under-graduate to join our close-knit team. You will work closely with our Senior Accountants learning how to prepare financial statements and tax returns for a broad range of clients. You will sit in on client meetings, develop client relationships and follow up on queries/missing information.

Senior Accountant +

Minimum 2-5 years experience

Your role is to deliver excellent client work ready for review by CRM’s, managers and directors, and thus able to be delivered to clients.

Your role is also to seek out and take on challenges and be exposed to a range of technical and client issues which will allow you to quickly build your skills in order to progress to more senior roles.

Client Manager

>5 years experience

Senior Bookkeeper

3+ years experience

We are looking for a senior bookkeeper to join our growing team!

Your role is to manage and grow a portfolio of clients and ensure that they receive top notch bookkeeping and support services.

To assist you deliver on your client engagements, you will have the dedicated support of a junior bookkeeper. You will set their work schedule and check the work drafted by them. (While you are not ultimately responsible for their performance or their career, training and tutoring will be necessary. Skills development and growth in the junior bookkeeper will reflect positively on you).

You will also complete client work, but it is expected that this will be either the more complex client requirements or during lodgement due date crunches when it is all ‘hands on deck’.

Either way, you are the ultimate client contact point and are responsible for ensuring that their work is delivered.

Junior Bookkeeper

Canberra Based

You will provide high quality bookkeeping and support services to your senior bookkeeper and our clients. This will include: bookkeeping, payroll, compliance lodgements and general support/assistance. 

By supporting and assisting your senior bookkeeper deliver the client work you allow them to manage, develop and grow their portfolio of clients. 

You are reliable and always ‘there’ for your senior. By developing your skills, you constantly and continuously create extra capacity/capability to assist your senior further. You proactively look for ways to do this. 

Extensive training will be provided and you will be provided opportunities to develop and grow your skills to progress to more senior roles. 

By doing all of this, you help our business achieve its purpose and allow our clients to get on with what they do best: ‘better books, better business’.
