We run a small business and realised we needed to develop a strategy for the immediate and mid term future of the business. This was held at the DFK Everalls offices with Melissa Healy and Melissa Deihl.

The Strategy Session covered the objective of the day and the role of Melissa Healy as the facilitator. It also covered:

• a review of our personal goals and current business position
• brainstorming of potential strategies
• determining the areas for immediate action and
• the plan moving forward.
  

Melissa Healy facilitated a highly creative, interactive session with the members of the leadership team. Melissa had obviously researched our business and understood the risks and opportunities that were available to us. She has a warm and engaging style which is confident and focussed on the objectives, ensuring the conversation always remained relevant.

We left the session with a renewed enthusiasm for our business, a clear understanding of what we wanted for the future and a roadmap on how to get there.
